Courses on emotional therapy

This is a form of psycho-therapeutic counseling which has simple but effective techniques to resolve core issues in people’s lives.  It aims to find the root cause of the emotional issue instead of fixing symptoms and aims to remove the dependency on the counselor so they don’t become a crutch to the client.

The emotional therapy coursesinclude the following:

ü  Authentic, effective psychotherapy techniques.

ü  Emotional Therapy looks for the root cause of an emotional issue rather than introducing coping mechanisms or treating symptoms as other psychotherapies do.

ü  Specialist tools, exercises and client sheets allow you to find the core source of issues.

ü  Explanations of key psychotherapy theories.

ü  Covering key areas where issues occur in clients and tools to help with specific recurring themes.

ü  An understanding of social pressures and behaviors that we learn which cause internal friction.

ü  Explanation of how to carry out counselling sessions and alternative medicine coursesand key aims of dealing with clients.

ü  Practical counselling sessions carried out each weekend with feedback.

ü  Exercises and practical techniques which we use on ourself to solve and see the theoretical issues.

Emotional therapy is a form of counseling for holistic practitioner accreditation but unlike many psychotherapies it tries to locate the route cause and feelings that are trapped and not just look at the symptoms. Negative experiences can cause coping mechanisms to be put in place which are not always useful much latter after the event or in everyday life. Emotional Counseling releases the original cause and allows us to spot protective learnt behaviors that no longer serve us.
